We have brokers that booked their first transactions in their first 30 days on homes that sold for over $1,000,000. A recent team member wrote 4 transactions on his 3 month mark (all 4 on the same weekend) of joining the York Team! Your success is dependent on your work ethic and coachability but if you do the things, we know that you will see the results! 

How It Works

Once you are a licensed real estate broker, either new or currently active, getting started with the York Team is a breeze! We work with the DOL, NWMLS and our brokerage to get you on our roster and selling right away.
