Who We Are

Beth Phillips-York is the Team Leader of York Team Real Estate, a dynamic group of local real estate professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier service across the Puget Sound. With industry designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Staging Professional, former Real Estate Coach, and membership in the National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors, Beth brings depth, expertise, and leadership to every transaction. Under her direction, the York Team has achieved nearly 1,000 successful sales, guided by personalized strategy, market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and thoughtful client care. Beth is also experienced in mediation for estate and divorce sales. She believes every home and every story is unique, and works closely with her clients to create a tailored Master Plan that supports their goals and removes obstacles along the way. Outside of real estate, Beth enjoys exploring Seattle’s neighborhoods and history, golfing, concerts, theater, boating, and spending time with her husband Ray, their family, and friends. She also volunteers and is Co-President of Soroptimist Int'l Seattle Metro, a non-profit that supports women with education for economic empowerment.

Hi, I’m Randeep Basara, a proud Pacific Northwest native with deep roots in the Punjabi community and a background in STEM and Mechanical Engineering. After years of problem-solving in technical fields, I bring that same analytical approach, attention to detail, and steady reliability to helping clients navigate the real estate market. Outside of work, you’ll find me snowboarding in the mountains, playing board games with friends, or enjoying life as a dad. I’m passionate about serving the community that raised me and committed to helping families make confident, informed real estate decisions.
