Beth moved to Seattle from the Midwest in 1990 and considers herself a true local now. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Seattle University, with an emphasis in Art History and Design, and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. After a brief role as an art gallery manager, she found her true calling in real estate in 2004.
Real estate brings together everything Beth is passionate about—architecture, interior design, staging, marketing, negotiation, and connecting with a diverse range of people. “I love to hear everyone’s story and where they want to go, so I can help them get there,” she says. Beth and her team craft a personalized Master Plan for every client, designed to achieve their goals while navigating any obstacles along the way.
Beth is a former real estate coach and holds several prestigious designations, including Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Residential Specialist. She is also a Mediation Broker specializing in estate and divorce sales. A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors, she earned the Million Dollar Sales Award in her first year and has received multiple accolades since including Top Producer at Keller Williams Realty.
Outside of work, Beth is an avid “urban explorer” who enjoys learning the stories behind neighborhoods and historic sites. She and her husband Ray spend their free time visiting their adult children and friends, golfing, exploring restaurants and wineries, attending concerts and theater, paddleboarding, biking, boating, and experimenting with healthy cooking.
Beth is also deeply committed to giving back. She’s a proud member of the Soroptimist Women’s Society, which funds grants for local women in need, and is active in the nonprofit Elks organization.
